Relationship with the Tobacco Industry

Brook Wilkinson worked for the Tobacco Manufacturers’ Association in the 1990s and 2000s.12
In the financial year 2000/1 Brook charged the TMA £24,000 in fees. The TMA’s budget included a further £5,000 for the company’s expenses and £20,000 for its ‘ad hoc’ spending.3
Brook Wilkinson unsuccessfully pitched for contract from the TMA to represent the Tobacco Alliance (now known as the Tobacco Retailers Alliance) in 2000.4
