Lars Olof Lofman was appointed to the post of Senior Vice President of Research and Development (R&D) at Swedish Match in 2017.

Career with Tobacco Industry

He joined the company in 1987 and has previously served as President of the Smokefree Products Division and Senior Vice President of Product Supply and Innovation, Scandinavian Division.1 He also served as a Board Member of Swedish Match’s now defunct joint venture with Philip Morris International, SMPM International.
