Jennifer Li has been on the Board of Directors of Philip Morris International (PMI) since 2010.1
According to her profile on PMI’s website, Li is the Chair of the company’s Audit Committee and a Member of the Finance and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.1
Background
In 2008, Li became the Chief Financial Officer at Baidu which is the largest Internet search engine in China and the third-largest independent search engine in the world. Li left Baidu in September 20172 but re-joined in
April 2018 to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Changcheng Investment Partners, Baidu’s newly initiated growth fund.1
From 1994 to 2008, Li held a number of senior finance positions at various General Motors companies in China, Singapore, the United States and Canada.3
