Jorge da Motta

In March 2013, Jorge da Motta was appointed Managing Director of Japan Tobacco International's UK division.[1] He replaced Martin Southgate who retired. Da Motta joined JTI in 2005 and prior to becoming Mangaing Director in the UK he was regional sales and marketing Vice President for the Asia region in Hong Kong.

Da Motta said that his biggest challenges are high tobacco taxes and the threat of plain packaging.[2]
